Are my costs based on FTP traffic?
No. Our packages are based on a pure per month basis. There are no limitations to the number
of individuals that can be using your FTP site at the same time.
What happens if I go over my storage space?
We do not limit your storage space. We’ll always give you the opportunity to either clean up
your files if you are over your storage limit, or if you decide to keep the files online, you
can simply upgrade your account to meet your new storage requirements.
How safe are my FTP files?
Site name is 100% HIPAA compliant and we also allow 128 bit SSL connections.
Can different users see each other’s files?
You have the option to lock individual user names and passwords into specific directories
preventing clients from seeing and accessing each other’s files on your FTP site. With each
account you can set up multiple user names and passwords that can be mapped to a single
folder or have access to the whole FTP site.
I’m new to FTP sites. How difficult is it to set up my FTP accounts?
We make using an FTP site easy. With our simplified control panel, you can quickly and easily
setup users and passwords, send out pre-populated instructions on a per-user basis, and
perform many functions with the click of a button.
Additionally, once your account is setup, you will receive easy to follow set-up instructions
that will help you get your account up and running in a matter of minutes.
Can I use an alias for my FTP site?
Yes. You can use your company’s existing domain name. For example, if your domain is
www.mysite.com, you could choose the alias of files.mysite.com on our FTP server,
providing your customers with an invisible transition between your Web site and FTP services.
How long will it take to setup my account?
Once you complete the online registration form, your account can be setup and ready to use
within 5 minutes.
